Fr. Carl Paustian, O.P.

Fr. Carl Paustian, O.P., is a Dominican Friar of the Province of St. Martin de Porres. He was ordained to the priesthood in 2018. Originally from Houston, Fr. Carl is a graduate of Texas A&M University and Aquinas Institute of Theology. During his first three years as a priest, he served as the parochial vicar of St. Elizabeth University Parish in Lubbock, TX, and as chaplain to Raider Catholic, the Catholic Student Center at Texas Tech University. Fr. Carl was appointed director of vocations on July 1, 2021, and currently lives at St. Anthony of Padua Priory in New Orleans, LA.
