Ignite Your Community

Next summer, the Church will gather like kindling in Lucas Oil Stadium in the Presence of God Almighty—present Body, Blood, Soul, and Divinity in the Holy Eucharist. As we pour out our hearts in worship, he promises to send his Holy Spirit to set us ablaze!

Whether you experience one day or the entire Congress, your group will be sent forth burning with missionary zeal. The fire you bring home will ignite true renewal in your parish, neighborhoods, and families. God hears our desire for renewal, and he wants to start with you!

Below you will find everything you need to make this happen for your group.

Steps to Register

1
Reserve Your Passes

Don’t wait! Reserving your passes first makes organizing your group much easier, as you know exactly how many seats you have available. This also allows each member of your group to complete their individual registration as soon as they decide to register. Plus, by setting aside seats in advance, you’ll ensure your group won’t miss out!

Use our bulk registration to book passes for your group! You will have the option to pay either the full amount or a 50% deposit with the remaining balance due by December 31, 2023. Within 72 hours, you will receive an email containing your group code from NECRegistration@eucharisticcongress.org.

Members of your group will register themselves on this standard registration page and use the group code on the registration payment page. This code will identify them as part of your group and allocate one of your reserved seats to their registrant profile. No payment will be required at individual checkout when your group code is used.

Book Housing

Consider which type of housing is best for your group: hotels or vacation rentals such as AirBnb and VRBO. Downtown parking and public transportation are available in Indianapolis, so groups may consider overnight accommodations that are within driving distance of Lucas Oil Stadium.

Due to the high demand for participation in the Congress, official conference housing blocks are currently limited. Additional group room blocks may become available as the Congress approaches. We have created a waiting list to collect housing requests for groups needing 10 or more rooms. Please note: the waiting list is for group housing requests only, and submitting the form does not guarantee a housing placement.

Groups who have received room allocations in the Official NEC Housing Blocks are bound to the Housing Policies & Deadlines and should refer to the Group Housing Guide for important instructions about booking processes.

We highly encourage you to secure housing for your group on your own. Visit our Travel & Housing page for more info on options to consider for your group, and use the Housing Guide below for more information. If you’re looking for a more affordable option for youth groups, alternate housing solutions such as dorms, parish halls, and gyms are available. We have partnered with JMJ Youth Pilgrimages to coordinate these alternate housing opportunities. Please contact them at info@jmjyouth.com or 800-601-7225 to discuss the options available for your group.

Secure Transportation to IndianApolis

There are many ways to get to Indianapolis! Will you be coming by plane, train, or automobile?

  • Fly into Indianapolis International Airport.
  • Plan a bus trip. This is a great option as groups will be responsible for getting themselves to and from their accommodations each day. Plus, participants can enjoy even more time for fellowship on the ride!
  • Ride the Amtrak into Indianapolis Union Station.
  • Drive your own vehicles to Indianapolis. Parking info and booking links will be posted in early 2024.

If you would like help coordinating travel details for your large group, our partner, Corporate Travel Services (CTS), is well-equipped to make this happen for you! Give them a call at 866-468-1420 or email NEC@ctscentral.net.
